My Top 5 Vitamins/ Food Supplement Picks

Eating, sleeping and exercising is not enough to keep up with our multi-tasking duties as a mom.  We need to take vitamins and food supplement so that our body won't fail us when we need it the most.  Here is  My Top 5 Vitamins/ Food Supplement Picks  I take regularly.   Tip: very weird though when I started to take these vitamins daily I started to loose weight, I don't know why but maybe you can try?  Or has anyone experience the same?
