"I had a lot of low points. Just when I didn't think it could get any lower it got lower. There were so many different low points. People I had to talk to and face like my wife, like my mom. I hurt them the most. Those are the two people in my life who I am the closest to and to say the things that I've done, truthfully to them, is... honestly... was... very painful.
"(Elin) was hurt, she was hurt. Very hurt. Shocked. Angry. Dress malfunction seems to be prevalent these days. Another Hollywod actress was a victim of poorly made dresses exposing more than what the wearer hopes to expose.
Katherine Heigl's shoulder strap on her lovely red designer dress snapped as she was making her acceptance speech after bagging the Female Star of the Year award at the ShoWest convention in Las Vegas.

The search for Captain America the movie continues as Marvel Studios' are finalizing the details of their upcoming movie that is hopefully to be filmed in June.
Among the running to don the red, white, and blue suit and spread American ideals in the big-screen adaptation of Captain America are G.I. Joe’s Channing Tatum, Ryan Phillippe, Fantastic Four’s Chris Evans; Cloverfield’s Mike Vogel, Gossip Girl’s Sebastian Stan; and Young and the Restless’s Wilson Bethel. Lenghty screen test were held at the Marvel Studios for the four of them. One of the candidates for the role Garrett Hedlun of Tron and is believed to be the studio's first choice but there are rumors he is no longer in the running for the role.
Marvel is expected to have a decision soon and we heard that the movie will be shot in London as as the Joe Johnston-helmed movie will feature a stylized 1940s WWII backdrop. And while Cap won’t be fighting Hitler as he did in the very first Captain America comic book, he will battle Red Skull, Hitler’s right-hand man, Entertainment weekly reports.
Aside from the casting challenge one of the things Marvel should consider is that what comes next. We heard that Avengers will be out in theaters by summer of 2012 and anyone who are familiar with the Marvel stories know that Captain America is a father figure to the rest of the Avengers. With that in mind they have to make sure that the one they'll cast as Captain Americal can go toe-to-toe with the likes of Robert Downey Jr’s Iron Man, Samuel Jackson’s Nick Fury, and Chris Hemsworth’s Thor, to name a few. “They’re casting two franchises here,” said a source close to the production. “This is no easy feat.”

Paparazzi and Beautiful, Dirty Rich were all Grammy winning hit songs of the new generation Pop Icon Lady Gaga.
“All business is personal,” the lawsuit says, according to the AP.

"I'm glad that's out and about (news of potential filmmakers). I didn't know that was something that people knew. I think it's awesome. I think it's so cool that they're reaching (out to these directors). I think any one of those people would be great." Kristen said in an MTV interview.
The rumors over who will become the director of the final movie spread out after "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" director Chris Weitz admitted he would no longer want to direct the film.

Family and kid-friendly filmmaker Shawn Levy who helmed the hits “Cheaper By the Dozen” and “Night at the Museum 1 & 2” pens on his own date nights with a twist in the upcoming for-couples-only movie “Date Night” starring Steve Carell and Tina Fey.
In “Date Night,” Carell and Fey portray a suburban married couple who venture into the heart of Manhattan for a romantic date intending to spice up their relationship. But the unsuspecting Phil (Carell) and Claire (Fey) get more than their fair share of thrills following a case of mistaken identity. Becoming embroiled in the city’s criminal underworld, they find themselves on a wild, high-risk and hilarious adventure.
They go to one the city’s most fashionable restaurants but the problem is, they do not have a reservation. They impulsively take a table belonging to another couple who haven’t turned up for dinner. The Fosters become “The Tripplehorns”, which leads to a host of problems that rapidly begin to unravel.
Below is a Q&A;a with director Levy who gamely shares his own thoughts on married life and date nights.
Q: Can you explain the plot of the film, which sounds intriguing?
A: “Phil and Claire Foster go on a special date night into New York City instead of going to their usual, local neighborhood joint in New Jersey. They decide to go somewhere fabulous, filled with people who are younger and more beautiful than they are, but they can’t get a table.
Q: What kind of trouble do they get involved in?
A: “They are chased by dirty, corrupt cops, mafia killers, and various assorted criminals and bad guys. They have to survive and prove that they’re not who the bad guys think they are. It all takes place during the course of one night between sundown and dawn. On the other hand, they end up seeing each other in a new light. They each reclaim an appreciation for the person they chose to marry.”
Q: Did this film present a major new challenge for you?
A: “It did. I certainly feel a comfort in comedy and with visual effects. I definitely feel a comfort in family films so to do a more adult themed, adult targeted comedy with a lot of action and a lot of heart was great, and involved using muscles I haven’t been using as much. Consequently, it was very stimulating, very interesting and really satisfying.”
Q: What kind of couple do Steve and Tina play?
A: “This is not a couple at risk. They aren’t thinking about breaking up. They are just going through the daily, exhausting grind of parenthood and work. They only have a sliver of time to exercise or do anything for themselves. Often we only have a shred of energy at 10:30 at night to give to our partner. We meet the couple and find out that they love and respect each other, but the passion has faded a little.”
Q: What makes Tina Fey special?
A: “Well, Tina is certainly the biggest female comic working right now - period. That’s a bold claim, but I can’t think of any woman working in comedy who is more popular, more admired and frankly more interesting than Tina Fey. The film also has great dramatic scenes, which Tina has not done on her TV show or in her previous movies. So my hope is that the movie introduces audiences both here in the U.S. and internationally, to this new female star who really deserves to be broadly recognized as a great actress.”
Q: What makes Steve Carell stand out in your opinion?
A: “Steve has a humanity and a relatable honesty that is at once hilarious and heartbreaking. I think it was illustrated in THE 40 YEAR OLD VIRGIN and in the TV show THE OFFICE, also in LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE. He is a great actor and a great comic. His performance in this picture is so touching and honest. The movie just feels true and audiences will relate to him. ”
Q: What do you think is the overall theme of the movie?
A: “It is about the attention that we must give to our relationships, because over time of course the passion can vanish and no one wants to live that way. It certainly is a reminder to appreciate one’s partner. It is also very much a love letter to marriage, to commitment and to partnership.”
Shawn Levy graduated from the Drama Department of Yale University. His early films include “Just Married” and “Big Fat Liar.” He directed “The Pink Panther” and “Cheaper By the Dozen 1 and 2.” He produced and directed the original global hits “Night at the Museum 1 and 2.”

The best-selling book series “Diary of a Wimpy Kid” by Jeff Kinney which won at the recent Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards over the “Harry Potter” and “Twilight” series is now a major motion picture from 20th Century Fox.
From the pages of the best-selling book series, the “Diary of a Wimpy Kid” movie reels on Greg Heffley (played by Zachary Gordon) thinking middle school is the dumbest idea ever invented. For him, middle school is filled with oodles of morons and worst, bullies. As Greg tries to survive the never-ending ordeal and attain the recognition and status he feels he so richly deserves, he devises an endless series of his daily mischief by penning it on paper. His diary as his mother calls it and that which Greg prefers to be called journal is filled with his ideas, judgment and stories of family and school ordeals that serves as his gateway for magnified emotions and ideals of a teen trying to fit in and prove something.
Zachary Gordon who plays the titular role of the wimpy kid Greg Heffley has notably appeared in “Four Christmases” with Vince Vaugh and Reese Witherspoon and “National Treasure: Book of Secrets” along with Nicolas Cage. He also lent his voice in “Madagascar 2: Escape to Africa” as the voice of Baby Melman. His other film credits include “The Brothers Bloom,” “Lower Learning,” “Sex and Death 101” and “Georgia Rule.”
With his first starring role in “Diary of A Wimpy Kid,” Zachary enthusiastically related to Anthony Breznican of USA Today about how they tried to prep his look – “This was amazing, because I had to get tons and tons of haircuts. "They had to get it just perfect. They were looking at the book and looking at my hair, and trying to make three sprigs in the back stand up. His costume also doesn't have much wiggle room to imitate the slender stick character. They put on short and really tight clothes, like these skinny jeans. I had to wear them around town to get used to them.”
Jeff Kinney also serves as a consultant all throughout the movie’s production. He defines his anti-hero, Greg as a “deeply flawed character but likeable.” During the course of the production, Kinney stresses the importance of preserving Greg’s voice, which he characterizes as a balance of cockiness and powerlessness. “I pushed for him to be a likeable jerk. One of my favorite things is Greg doesn’t learn his lesson all the time,’ explains Kinney.
Greg "is pretty lazy, so I have to act like that," Zachary continues. "I have to act competitive and really self-centered. By reading the books and thinking about Greg … he always thinks everything revolves around him. He thinks the world is just about him."
While some are raising their eyebrows on Greg’s character, Zachary has just but a few words of (youngster’s) wisdom to enlighten the cynical: “Everybody has Greg inside him. Their worst parts are him. That's how they relate to him, and he also has a little bit of a conscience, in some ways."
The movie is directed by Thor Freudenthal whose credits include the kiddie films “Hotel for Dogs,” “The Haunted Mansion” and “Stuart Litte 1 and 2.” It also stars an outrageous cast of comedic talents Steve Zahn, Rachael Harris, Chole Grace Moretz, Devon Bostick and Robert Capron.
Diary of A Wimpy Kid opens April 3 (Black Saturday) in theaters from 20th Century Fox to be distributed by Warner Bros.
As much as the Sex and the City 2 producer is trying to keep mum on the plot of the prequel, the SATC girls couldn't keep dishing out what people will expect in the movie.
In an interview with In Touch Weekly magazine Cynthia Nixon had a slip of the tongue about how the prequel is more of a fun adventure globe-trotting experience compared to the first one.
“The last movie was more of a tearjerker, and this is really more of a romp — an adventure! " I like the caper aspect of the movie, the four of us on the run in a foreign country. It’s fun!”
The much anticipatedSex and the City 2will hit the movie theaters in May 27, 2010 which stars the original cast Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, and Kristin Davis with cameo roles for Chris Noth, Miley Cyrus and Penélope Cruz! .
Film Maker James Cameron is serious in bringing his blockbuster movie Titanic in 3D.
Cameron was earlier reported to joke about using the same technology he used in the movie Avatar in his 1997 blockbuster and now the news was confirmed.
He told the USA Today that movie fanatics will expect the release of Titanic 3D in 2012. which coincides with the 100 year anniversary of this gigantic ship sinking..
"We're targeting spring of 2012 for the release (of a 3D version of 'Titanic'), which is the 100 year anniversary of the sailing of the ship."
Cameron also revealed that a directors cut of the movie Avatar will be released later this year.
He adds, "The wildcard is that we might be re-releasing the movie this fall. It's kind of gotten stomped out (in theaters since the release) of 'Alice in Wonderland.' The word we're getting back from exhibitors is we probably left a couple of hundred million dollars on the table as a result. The question is the appetite still going to be there after the summer glut of movies. We're going to assess that. We're talking about maybe adding in additional footage and doing something creative."
"Avatar" made movie history this year by overtaking "Titanic" as the best-selling international movie release of all time.
A representative of Kate Winslet and Sam Mendes finally admitted that the two have called it quits after 7 years of marriage.

They have a son, Joe, who was born in December 2003, and Winslet also has a daughter, Mia Honey, from her first marriage to Jim Threapleton.

An up coming Tom Cruise TV documentary got Scientologist in Germany up in arms as the said film . The battle over this TV documentary is heating up three years after German officials had a meltdown over Scientologist Tom Cruise shooting Valkyrie in their land.
The new movie, Until Nothing Remains, is said to be aired at the end of March in German TV . The film maker s said the movie is the true story of Heiner von Rönn who left Scientology and was faced with the break-up of his family after donating huge amounts of money.

Greed becomes legal in “Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps,” the most anticipated drama-thriller this year directed by Oliver Stone with a plum cast starring Michael Douglas, Josh Brolin, Shia LaBeouf, Susan Sarandon, Frank Langella, Carey Mulligan and Charlie Sheen.
Twenty-three years after the director’s masterpiece “Wall Street,” which became a cultural touchstone for the cutthroat and corrupt practices of the world of finance, this is an eye opener that reveals much of what went on before the financial catastrophe that led to the current global recession. Stone examines how avarice started at the top and trickled down to affect everyone – from shopkeepers to homeowners.
Wall Street 2 is set right before the meltdown of the world’s financial markets. While Douglas reprises his Oscar winning role as Gordon Gekko, Brolin plays Bretton James, a powerful billionaire and manipulative investment banker. Brolin, an experienced trader himself tells more of “Wall Street 2” and its implications in today’s financial setting.
Q: Is your character at all like Gordon Gekko?
A: “I’m representing these guys now on Wall Street who are very different. With Gekko, you’re talking about a guy who is worth a couple of hundred million dollars. Now with Bretton James and his generation, you’re talking about guys who are worth billions of dollars. It’s a different mentality. It’s a different world.”
Q: Apart from Oliver Stone, what was appealing about the story?
A: “I’ve had my own trading business and I’ve traded for the last four years. I’ve done all the research that I needed to do in the Wall Street world. So I was quite prepared. I know because I’ve felt it on a much more amateur level when I was in front of my four screens so I know what that is like, feeling the fear and the greed while you’re watching the charts and the graphs. You are watching every movement and you say: ‘how can I make another buck or make another percent?’ The kids have not eaten and you’ve been up since 5:30 in the morning, and you say, ‘I just need another fifteen minutes, the kids can wait.’ I felt that greed when I was trading and that’s one of the reasons I stopped. I said, ‘I can’t do this anymore.”
Q: Can you describe your character? Is he a really unscrupulous guy?
A: “Well, I always try to find the humanity in everybody. Look, Bretton James got sucked into this universe he is in on Wall Street and he is swimming in the riches of his world. This is Wall Street’s Darth Vader. He will do anything. He’s willing to go to any length in order to survive. His motivation in life is to acquire as much as possible in any way possible.”
Q: How has the financial world changed between the two movies?
A: “Oh my God, I mean, look at what we are experiencing now. It is the consequence of that greed in the 80s. We obviously didn’t learn anything from that time. It is monumental compared to what it was like then. In WALL STREET they didn’t talk about investment banks and leveraging or the fact that it started with credit cards and it didn’t stop and there were no regulations, or there weren’t enough regulations. The regulations that existed were circumvented. Look at what has happened. It is so sad.”
One of Hollywood’s most consummate actors, Josh Brolin’s first movie was “The Goonies,” his other early films were “Hollow Man” and “Flirting with Disaster.” His other film credits also include “Grindhouse,” “In the Valley of Elah,” “Mod Squad,” “Nightwatch,” “Best Laid Plans, “Mimic,” “Into the Blue,” “No Country for Old Men” and “American Gangster.” Brolin was nominated for an Oscar for his role in “Milk,” opposite Sean Penn.
Wall Street 2 opens very soon in April from 20th Century Fox to be distributed by Warner Bros.
From his myriad of notable roles, James Franco (best known as Harry Osborn in “Spiderman” movies) lays bare his feelings of inadequacy as a man the upcoming couples’ comedy “Date Night” starring Steve Carell and Tina Fey.
“Date Night” follows the misadventures of the Fosters couple played by Fey and Carell in their one-of-a-kind date night that went upside down – way upside down. The Fosters have their weekly “date night” – an attempt at re-experiencing the spice of the dates of yesteryear, involving the same weekly night out at a local tavern. Exhausted from their jobs and kids, their dates rarely end in fore- or any other kind of play, let alone romance.
In an attempt to take date night off auto-pilot, and hopefully inject a little spice into their lives, Phil decides a change of plans is in order: take Claire into Manhattan to the city’s hottest new restaurant. The Fosters, however, don’t have reservations. Hoping to be seated sometime before the clock strikes twelve, they steal a no-show couple’s reservations. Phil and Claire are now the Tripplehorns.
The real Tripplehorns, however, it turns out, are a thieving couple who are being hunted down by a pair of corrupt cops for having stolen property from some very dangerous people. Forced on the run before they’ve even finished their risotto, Phil and Claire soon realize that their play-date-for-parents has gone hilariously awry, as they embark on a wild and dangerous series of crazy adventures to save their lives. . . and their marriage.
Portraying the “real” Tripplehorns –a drug dealer named Taste and his wacky stripper girlfriend, Whippit – are James Franco and model-turned actress Mila Kunis. Despite their different life circumstances, the pair has much in common with the Fosters, being in the same spot in their relationship as their clean-cut counterparts. Notes screenwriter Josh Klausner: “Whether you’re a drug dealer or a suburban husband, you still feel the pangs of ‘You never look at me the way you used to’ and ‘You don’t have time for me.’ What the two couples are going through is exactly the same,” making the exchanges between the two couples both hilarious and poignant at the same time.
Kunis describes the pair as “very passionate – when they’re angry, they’re very angry, and when they’re happy, they’re madly in love.” Whippit, specifically, she describes as a “psycho, who is very up and down. She goes through three different emotions within two and a half script pages.”
The name “Taste,” Franco says, is left over from an earlier concept of the character – a 6 ft. 7 in. bald man with “TASTE” tattooed on his forehead. “So when they asked me to be in the movie, I said, ‘Well, I’m certainly not that.’” The character’s description was then rewritten, but the name stuck. “I was up for facial tattoos, too,” Franco says with a laugh. “We just went for the cheesy ‘Grim Reaper.’”
Rated PG-13 by the MTRCB, “Date Night” is a couples’ day out cinema treat on April 9 from 20th Century Fox to be distributed by Warner Bros.

If Remember Me is remembered for anything at all, other than being yet another Robert Pattinson vehicle, it will be for its over-the-top ending, which ranks high amongst the most shameless jerkers of tears ever unleashed upon lachrymose teens. - The Toronto Star
Such was a harsh review received by Robert Pattinson side movie Remember me where he plays a mortal who is a sucker for love.
I think Pattinson got a hard act to follow after being type casted as a vampire in the Twilight Saga. This movie was said to represent nothing but his attempt to prove that he can do more than a faux vampire.
